Shipping
Every shirt is printed to order in the USA. Production takes 2-5 business days, then US shipping takes 3-8 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Misprints, defects, or damage: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will ask for a photo, then send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to ship anything back.
Size or fit: Made-to-order shirts cannot be restocked, so we cannot accept size-choice returns. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If it is your first order with us and the fit is wrong, reach out anyway and we will do a one-time replacement at our cost.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, we reship free.
Order changes and cancellations: Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it. After production starts we cannot stop it.
Approved refunds land back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
