These terms govern your use of wryloom.com and any purchase you make from WRYLOOM. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Products are made to order. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order placed against an incorrect price, with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when the order ships.

Products

Product photos are digital mockups. Print placement and color can vary slightly between garments, and garment colors on your screen may differ from the physical fabric.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, copy, and site content are owned by WRYLOOM. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights in the design.

Returns

Our return and refund policy is incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, scrape it at volume, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRYLOOM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
